Curriculum Overview
We offer the Cambridge Curriculum with the guidance of the England National curriculum and the UAE ministry of Education curriculum for the Arabic subjects. We are providing a broad, comprehensive and balanced curriculum that promotes innovation, challenge, cultural, moral, and physical and wellbeing development of the student.
We are committed to provide an education for life through a highly effective level in developing a balance of knowledge, skills and understanding while fulfilling all the requirements of the school’s authorised/licensed curriculum.
Across all stages, our curriculum will be founded on a set of comprehensive aims designed to foster holistic growth and development for all learners. With a commitment to differentiated and individualised instruction.
The ongoing improvement process in teaching and learning quality will be part of our inclusive and adaptable curriculum to provide a nurturing and enriching educational experience to prepare students for success in today’s world.
Foundation Stage FS 1 & FS2
Our EYFS curriculum provides an engaging learning environment rich with diverse opportunities to allow students:
- Lead their learning based on their own individual interests.
- Building relationships between them
- Focusing on using high quality communication and language skills
- Playing collaboratively
- Develop their motor skills, foundation-level numeracy and literacy skills, and self-esteem through play-based learning activities in a safe and exciting environment.
We are committed to implement the seventeen Early Learning Goals, across the 3 prime and 4 specific areas of learning.

At Years 1 to 6
In primary, we follow the Cambridge curriculum with the guide of National Curriculum of England and the UAE ministry of Education curriculum for Arabic subjects. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum which progressively builds on skills, knowledge and understanding year on year. It enhances their curiosity and passion for learning with a key focus on innovation and opportunities to enhance their skills through their learning experiences and contribute positively to the world they live in.
Our curriculum promotes personalised learning experiences, supporting and extending learning for unique abilities. Students are provided with diverse opportunities to practice problem solving, apply their learning to real life and think deeply about skills and concepts to make meaningful links between subjects to be able to develop their interests, hobbies, passions, beliefs and opinions.
At Years 7 to 9
In key stage 3, we follow the Cambridge secondary curriculum with the guide of National Curriculum of England and the UAE ministry of Education curriculum for Arabic subjects. We ensure that all students have the opportunity to access education that suits their aspiration and needs. We build on the students’ performance learning by categorising students’ ability and engage all students to excel in their learning through developing independent, inquisitive, resilient young minds, and to prepare our students to become knowledgeable and responsible global citizens.
Key Stage 4 /Year 10-11
Our curriculum offers a breadth and balance that provides our students choices, best learning experiences, and enables them to follow their talents and ambitions. Our curriculum in secondary will shape our students’ for life by providing them the essential tools for learning, and acquiring the skills that will equip them to make a positive contribution in the world by enhancing their abilities to listen, consider other opinions and perspectives and form their own opinions.
At key stage 4 our curriculum aims are the following:
- Preparing our students to face the challenges through learning experiences based on 21century skills and real-world experiences.
- Creating an attractive environment where our students can excel in their studies and individual talents through digital and independent learning methods.
- Encouraging our students to learn in a variety of ways and develop their capabilities to be flexible and adaptable in their studies to be confident and active global citizens.
Key Stage 05/ Year 12- 13
At key stage 5, our curriculum have a well-balanced ethos and commitment, enhanced with the enjoyment of students’ final years at school, providing them opportunity to achieve academic progress, and develop interpersonal skills to be successful in their examinations and their life after school. Our career advisors support our students to make the best choice about their future destination.
At Years 12 and 13, we follow a curriculum leading to Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE AS and A levels programme / EDEXEL from Pearson).
We also provide BTEC programme as a skill based career focused qualifications offering Applied Sciences, Sport, Business and Information Technology.
Arabic section
Our Arabic curriculum purpose is to meet legal MOE requirements and integrate cross-curricular themes related to UAE culture. It is designed to be relevant, comprehensive, and inclusive, addressing students’ diverse needs and promoting skills for learning, life, and work.
The Arabic curriculum is aligned with our school vision to be communicating fluently in school and in the community at large.
The curriculum is delivered by teachers who are well supported and provided appropriate resources to support effective teaching and learning.
Arabic for native speakers:
For native speakers, the Arabic curriculum promotes UAE culture through various activities, lessons, and celebration to allow students develop their knowledge through the traditions of UAE culture and the importance of UAE in the world economic and cultural arenas.
Arabic as additional language:
For non-native speakers, the Arabic language is used in different activities, celebrations and competition to enhance the communication skills and promote Arabic culture awareness.
Extra-curricular provision
Students will be given opportunities of choosing what they wish to pursue as a hobby or a skill. Parents will be encouraged to participate where they can add to the school community.
- The leaders will distribute enrolment forms at the beginning of the term. Each student should attend at least 6 -10 sessions each term.
- Students should hand their class teachers completed forms by Week Two of each term. Some activities may have a limited number of slots and students may not always get their first choice.
- Expectations of student behaviour during this activity time remain the same as for the rest of the school day.
- Additional parental permission is required for participation in any extracurricular activities which will be held in school grounds.

English Language Support
We are offering specialized ESL programmes and classes designed to improve students’ English language that gradually transition students from their native language to English as the primary language of instruction by using:

Parents are expected to pay extra fee as per the following:
